New Version of HARP Implemented

Quadax, a leader in business services and technologies for the healthcare industry, today announced the release of HARP 2.29. This latest version of HARP has expanded reporting capabilities, solutions for streamlining work list management, and an improvement to line item receipt posting. These versatile new features and enhancements were developed in response to productivity improvement requests from our clients and internal medical billing staff.

New features in HARP 2.29 include:

  • Spreadsheet files for all maintenance reports in Client Maintenance and Virtual Master Files
  • Work List Cleanup process that resolves multiple items on work lists based on selection criteria
  • Option to display the balance per charge line on the LIRP Receipt screen instead of the date of service for a charge
  • Reporting for the Ticket Tracking System on the Patient Report, Transaction Report Writer, and Mass Ticket Selector
  • New sort and selection criteria for the Audit, Expected Reimbursement Exceptions, Third Party Reimbursement, and Transaction Summary reports
  • Increased operator security, including view-only access to HARP

Maintenance Manual

The HARP Maintenance Manual was also released with HARP 2.29. The manual includes the setup options and parameters that control the automated billing process in HARP, and it provides detailed descriptions of virtual and client-level code tables.  The manual and release notes, which contain details on the new features, are both available from the HARP Documentation link in the ASP Portal.
