EDI Services Survey Results

EDI Services periodically conducts surveys to measure the satisfaction of our clients. In January we performed the 2008 Customer Service Survey, which, for comparison’s sake, was the same as one sent in 2006. 

EDI clients were asked to evaluate their experiences with the Client Support Center, rating 11 statements on a scale from “Strongly Agree” to “Strongly Disagree.” We are pleased to report that, comparing 2008 responses to 2006, 10 out of 11 of the responses showed improvement!

The feedback we receive through these surveys is critical for us as we continually assess where we are and how we can improve. Special thanks to everyone who took the time to add personal remarks to their survey; those comments are particularly helpful. 

Xpeditor Enterprise clients who did not have the time to participate by e-mail will have the opportunity to respond at the Xpeditor Enterprise User Conference in May. Another survey planned for later this year will measure product satisfaction; please watch for it and participate.
