Quadax application downtime scheduled for 3/7/2010
There will be scheduled downtime at 8:00 a.m. ET on Sunday, March 7, 2010, while routine maintenance is performed. While the anticipated downtime is short, the outage could last until noon. The affected applications are:
- Quadax A/R Portal
- Quadax Help Desk
- HARP 3.0
If a user is in PAS or HARP Classic during that time, their sessions will not be interrupted. However, if a user tries to access those applications during that time, it is likely that access will be denied.
Some of our applications typically have limited availability on Sundays so the impact should not be great. We are notifying you so you can plan your time accordingly. Thank you for your patience during this brief service interruption.
