Matt Andel was named the 2004 EDI Services Employee of the Year at the 2005 EDI State of the Department Meeting by Tony Petras, Vice President EDI.
"Three years ago... we first adopted the idea of bestowing an award for the EDI Services Employee of the year... recognizing an individual who demonstrates the qualities of Entrepreneurialism, Dedication, and Initiative," Petras said. Matt "is an individual whose dedication is admirable; he regularly arrives early to test the previous day's breakthrough, or just to make sure he can get all of his jobs done and still attend any meetings scheduled for that day. He's demonstrated initiative by identifying, recommending, and then applying new technologies to the transfer of claim files; the result is a man with a quiet, but obvious entrepreneurial spirit."
Matt joins 2002 Employee of the Year winner Misty Szymczak and 2003 Employee of the Year Brenda Ware in a recent, but prestigious club.
Congratulations, Matt.
