HARP for Labs

Revenue Cycle Management from a Name You Can Trust!

By: Dave Michael, Quadax Sales Executive

Author's pictureThe Healthcare Accounts Receivable Processor, also known as HARP, is the software tool that powers the Quadax billing and reimbursement engine.

HARP has been in existence for over 25 years, and it is in a constant state of development and improvement to keep up with new computer technology, new operating system platforms, regulatory changes, and—most importantly—to satisfy the needs of our customers. We use HARP as our primary tool to handle revenue cycle management for more than 100 laboratories. We also have many Partner clients who use HARP to handle their own revenue cycle management.

And why is HARP such a great tool? I could go on forever, but I’ll just give you three main reasons.

First, the database design and infrastructure is solid. We capture all the important data elements that laboratories need, and we offer user-defined fields to handle our customers’ unique requirements.

Second, we have numerous useful reports to help our laboratory customers understand their businesses better, and we have flexible data exporting capabilities that allow our customers to develop their own reports.

Third, we wrote the software and we own the source code. If we need to make changes for any reason, we do it!

Quadax has focused on billing for laboratories for more than 18 years. We have the most experienced and knowledgeable employees in the business, and they have made HARP an invaluable tool for laboratories. Both we and our customers say—long live HARP!
