November 2008 Newsletter

Coming soon.
Change that really matters!

By: Cyndi Palmer, Marketing/Communications Manager

Author's pictureThe Portal on the Quadax Web site is our clients’ gateway to a number of helpful tools and resources:  product documentation, release notes, important bulletins, and more. Through the Portal, clients can log support events and check on the status of existing events, request custom programming, view Payer Reports on the Web and check our Transmissions Results Page—the benefits are innumerable. But, it’s about to get even better! EDI clients using the Portal will soon see a change from the familiar folder layout to a cleaner organization of the information you need presented through drop-down menus, as in the image below.

Links on the menus for Support, Reports, Documentation, Application, and Settings will take you to all the Portal content currently available. A new feature to the Portal is the Community area. EDI clients have often asked for a way to network with other Xpeditor users; Quadax has listened and created the Forum, found on the Community menu. The Forum is a Message Board that will have threads, or conversations, on various topics relevant to your use of Xpeditor to which users can contribute.

The new Portal is still under construction, but EDI clients can expect to see a release announcement and a detailed preview sometime in the next few months. In an industry where change is the rule rather than the exception, this is one change that will make a difference in your day for the better!
