Tribute to Melissa J. Shively
In September of this year, we were all saddened by the sudden, untimely passing of our friend and colleague Melissa Shively. Melissa had distinguished herself by enthusiasm, dedication, and confidence in her role first as Support Representative and later EDI Service Manager. Her combination of cheerful demeanor and relentless tenacity served her clients well and influenced her coworkers and staff to likewise strive for excellence.
As Melissa battled breast cancer, her tenacious hope and perseverance inspired everyone who knew and loved her. She will be remembered for her bright optimism and determination, as well as for her strong faith and her dedication to family, friends, and career.
In tribute to Melissa, Tom Kish, CEO of Quadax EDI Services, wrote that, “A person like Melissa does not pass our way very often…we all will miss Melissa, but her spirit and her memory will remain.” Her legacy will live on amongst all of us.
