Investing in Training, Investing in Quality

By: Christy Leonard, Technical Communication Specialist

Author's pictureOver the past several months, Quadax has been taking measures to enhance our employee training program. Our expanded training gives our new employees the information and tools necessary to start out as confident members of our Quadax family. We try hard to provide our staff with more than just a foundational knowledge of their own positions; our trainees quickly become familiar with the various cycles within the entire medical billing process, as well as the functionality of our in-house software. Our training program strives to encourage inter-department cooperation and complex problem solving right from the beginning. The revamped program includes more hands-on technology experience, as well as training from some of our talented senior employees.

Here are just a few of the exciting updates to our program:

  • A longer and more comprehensive training program, teaching employees every step of the billing process so they are able to provide even better service to our clients.
  • A new training room in our corporate headquarters, equipped with the technology necessary to practice handling real-life scenarios before starting work on client accounts.
  • Additional training staff to give new employees more personalized attention and adapt the training process to individual needs.
  • Training presentations given by our in-house experts in the areas of their specialty. Our employees are learning from the best.
  • Periodic assessments to maintain trainee performance and determine the efficacy of the training material, leading to modification of the training process when necessary.

Here at Quadax, we’re proud of the problem-solving attitudes that our employees bring to their work, and we work hard to make sure that our employees can tackle any problem head-on. We will continue to invest in training to assure our clients the quality service they expect and deserve.
