XP User Conference 2010

By: Emily Emmerich, Specialist, Marketing

Author's pictureThe eighth annual Xpeditor User Conference was held May 4-5 at the Crowne Plaza- Cleveland Airport in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Approximately 120 Xpeditor users from over 58 healthcare institutions throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky attended the two-day event.

The event, themed “The Power of Ten,” covered timely topics such as ICD-10 and ANSI 5010. Attendees were able to choose from various in-depth breakout sessions with topics ranging from payer matching, claim importing, XpressBiller suppress edits, service visit goals, and using Medicare Manager. The ever-popular hands-on breakout sessions included report training and COB training.

The first night of the conference concluded with a cocktail reception and nice sit-down dinner. After dinner, clients were entertained with a performance by legendary Elvis impersonator, Caesare Belvano.

Overall, the feedback from the conference was very positive. One repeat conference attendee from an Ohio Hospital commented, “I really enjoy(ed) the two day conference. I feel like I have gotten a lot out of this conference and have a lot of ‘take-homes’ to make our organization stronger.”

A first-time conference attendee from Indiana expressed, “Great conference – very organized. The Quadax team all did a wonderful job with their responsibilities and all were very helpful. Thank you to everyone!”

As always, the success of the conference relies on the dedication of our great Quadax staff and our commitment to our clients. We value our strong relationships with our clients and are always looking for ways to improve our products and services.

Plans are already underway for the 2011 Xpeditor User Conference!
