Recent Quadax Retirements
Last month Quadax waved goodbye to two of our long-time employees, Lynne Balogas and Joy Buher.
Lynne Balogas retired in April of 2010 after twelve years at Quadax. She was hired in 1998 as a HARP Call Center representative, and she worked there for the duration of her employment. Lynne was known for her caring personality; she always empathized with her callers and gave them the attention and service they deserved. Lynne was a very dependable member of the Quadax team, and has the second-longest tenure in the HARP Call Center. We wish Lynne the best in her retirement years.
Joy Buher retired on April 29, 2010, following nearly twenty-one years of employment at Quadax. She was hired in 1989, and her career involved service in many areas of the company. Joy's assignments have included Insurance Follow-up for HARP accounts, Supervisor for production accounts, as well as Supervisor of a satellite office. Her most recent accomplishments have been in the Quality Control Department as an Auditor, and she is highly respected for her strong knowledge base on government payers.
On a personal note, Joy is well known at Quadax for her culinary skills, with special focus on baked goods to tempt the sweet tooth in all of us. While Joy will miss all her friends at Quadax, she has looked forward to retirement in order to fill her days with baking, creating her own cook book, visits with her family, and regular lunches with all her retired friends. Joy Buher has been an exemplary employee at Quadax. Her dedication to service and positive interactions with her co-workers serves as an example to us all. We wish her good health and happiness in the next chapter of her life.
