Electronic Workflow

Imaging is great, but truly impressive results are obtained from building business processes around electronic documents. Workloads can be managed more efficiently with electronic workflow, and work can be performed from remote locations. The delivery of electronic documents to workers’ queues can be based on custom rules, such as by the length of the queues, the order of the documents, a percentage apportionment, or index values. Multiple people can even access the same document at the same time. By working from electronic documents rather than paper, you also eliminate lost or mislaid papers and the costs for copying and filing.

To optimize workflow benefits, Quadax has developed Quadmax, a powerful suite of products for capturing and quantifying healthcare transactions from images. The transaction data can then be imported into an A/R system by standard EDI interfaces.
