Xecutive Dashboard

Xpeditor’s Xecutive Dashboard gives you immediate access to critical data, helping you to achieve optimal performance. Numerous modules, each designed to assist you in measuring the success of your operations, are available for customizing the Dashboard. You choose the modules most significant to you, then easily configure the settings for data collection and display. For some modules, you may also set thresholds and alert protocols so that responsible parties and/or backups will be notified when “red flag” conditions occur.

Specialized Integration

Xpeditor becomes even more powerful when advanced tools are incorporated into the workflow process. One such tool is the integration with MediQuant’s First Comply system, so Xpeditor actually queries the First Comply system for ABN status on claims that fail a medical necessity edit. Not only will the ABN status be automatically attached to the claim, but an image of the signed (or unsigned!) ABN is available for viewing. Another helpful medical necessity tool is Xpeditor’s integration with our own Compliance Tools, allowing users to open policy documents as published by CMS, Carriers and FI’s to review within Xpeditor the rules that triggered an error on a claim. Xpeditor’s integration with the APC Checker from the Wellington Group has had a profound impact on those hospitals making use of it: with this edit module, Xpeditor is able to identify potential missing APC procedures so issues can be corrected prior to claim submission, improving financial performance and fostering process improvement strategies.
