HARP ASP/Partner Clients

If critical issues arise outside of normal business hours for HARP support (M–F 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. ET), a computer operator is on site and available to assist you from 7:00 a.m. ET Monday through 5:00 p.m. ET Saturday. Contact our Operations department by one of these methods:

• Call 800.982.0665 and select option 1 to be connected to the Quadax Operations department (alternate phone: 440.788.2133).
• E-mail scheduling@quadax.com. This e-mail address is monitored by our computer operators.

Be sure to provide the computer operator or include in your e-mail the following information:

• HARP client code and company/database name
• Nature of problem
• Contact information (name, phone number, e-mail address)
• Your Quadax Service Consultant's or Account Executive's name
