Corporate Headquarters

We are particularly proud of our Corporate Headquarters in suburban Cleveland, Ohio. This property, the fifth home to our base of operations in Quadax’ thirty-six year history, is notable both for its functional and its aesthetic value.

Quadax acquired the building and 25 acres of land in 2007 and launched an extensive renovation project that would transform this unique but dark 1979 building into the welcoming workspace we enjoy today. Improvements included:

• A clerestory, skylight, and additional windows for lots of natural light
• White ceiling treatment and indirect lighting throughout for bright but comfortable ambiance
• The addition of 15,000 square feet of usable space, including state-of-the-art conference rooms
• An elevator serving all three floors
• A striking front entrance and new signage

Because of the continued growth of our business, we had long since outgrown our previous headquarters, relocating several departments to additional office space a few miles away. Moving into our new home meant restoring community by bringing those teams back together. There are presently nearly 400 staff members in this facility with plenty of room to keep growing.

The open environment throughout much of the building helps to stimulate the spirit of collaboration that characterizes our innovation and support teams. The bright surroundings and pleasant colors boost morale, as does the opportunity to meet with colleagues in a number of social spaces throughout the building. A nicely-furnished patio with a peaceful view of the woods and marsh is a popular place to gather for lunch during the warmer months. Those desiring a quiet midday retreat often find their way to the Cleveland Metroparks Lake-to-Lake trail just a short walk from our property.

A few months after the move to this location, Quadax held an Open House, hosting guests from the community and our client base. Among the many compliments to the building and its designers throughout that evening, one particularly thoughtful comment came from Terry Buterbaugh of EMH Regional Healthcare System, who remarked that it was clear the designers had employees’ morale in mind when forming the plans for this space.

Quadax is proud of our new premises and pleased with the media recognition it has received as well as a Planning Commission award for Best Renovation for 2008. However, it’s the people who come into this building every day to work that make Quadax the company our clients can trust for excellent service and value. They are to be commended for the significant contributions to Quadax success that has made this facility possible.
