Just weeks after beginning to use Quadax for electronic claims, the Billing Manager at a Michigan hospital greeted her Quadax service rep doing a happy dance with the news that they’d received a BCBS remit that would clear more than $1 million of their A/R. After the many difficulties their previous vendor had getting claims to this payer, this was a real cause for celebration!

New Quadax EDI customers often report steady, sometimes dramatic, drops in their Days in A/R after beginning to use Xpeditor for their electronic claim processing. Two recent reports came from a hospital-based physician group in central Pennsylvania, and another hospital in central Michigan. The Pennsylvania physician group had seen an all-time high of 60.2 days before switching to Quadax; after six weeks on our system, their A/R Days had dropped to 49. The Michigan hospital has seen their Days in A/R for facility claims drop from 68 to 44 since beginning to use Xpeditor!

A large laboratory client recently implemented credit card processing through the Quadax-hosted MyDrBill/MyLabBill websites. After just a month, the client saw a significant increase in payments they received on patient balances. They commented that they absolutely love it and keep thinking they are missing something because it’s so easy!
