Quadmax is a suite of products for capturing and quantifying healthcare transactions from images. The core products are Regmax, for patient demographics, and Codemax, for coded billing elements.

Regmax

Regmax can bring your demographics data entry up to speed when electronic interface files are not available. The Regmax screen shows the electronic image of a registration form and the data entry fields on the same screen, allowing the quick capture of relevant data. Several keystroke-reducing features are built into the application, including the ability to populate city and state fields from ZIP Codes and storage of commercial carrier addresses.

Data entry can be performed from remote locations since it is based on electronic images rather than paper. Data capture can include complete patient demographics, subscriber and employer information, and up to six insurances. The information is stored in HL7™ files, which can easily be processed by billing systems.

Codemax

Coding is the critical first step in the billing process, and accurate coding is essential for getting reimbursed for the services you perform. Codemax helps you achieve maximum returns with its auditing and editing tools.

When used with an electronic workflow of imaged documents, Codemax provides a streamlined and efficient system for managing the coding process. Coders easily retrieve medical records, including electronic health records (EHR) and scanned hardcopy medical charts, from your content management system.

Billing system interface. When coding is complete, electronic charge records are created in a standard HL7 file for importing into your billing system, eliminating data entry labor.
