Scheduled Downtime for PAS, Quadax Portal and Help Desk
Several Quadax applications will be unavailable on Sunday, 1/18/09, from 9:00 a.m. to noon while server upgrades are installed. The affected applications are:
- Patient Advocacy System (PAS)
- Quadax Portal
- HARP accessed through the Portal
- Quadax Help Desk
These applications are not typically available on Sundays, but we are informing you of the downtime in case one of your users tries to access them that day.
The upgrades are part of our ongoing effort to improve user experience with our applications. Thank you for your patience during this brief service interruption.
