John Leskiw Promoted to President of Quadax Inc.
We are pleased to announce that effective December 10, 2010, John Leskiw is being promoted to the position of President, Quadax Inc., reporting to the Chairman of the Board.
John came to Quadax in 1985 after serving as an audit manager for Ernst and Young for several years. His financial management background and accounting credentials were particularly appealing to the company as we had a strong interest in expanding our billing and receivables management operations.
He quickly established essential financial controls for this segment of our business and soon assumed management of the entire billing production operation. He diversified the business by creating remote offices in Youngstown and Norwalk to gain access to available labor pools during a period when labor resources were scarce. He restructured processes and created efficiencies by sourcing operating tasks to units most capable of producing results with excellence.
John was promoted to Vice President, then Executive Vice President in 1998, and finally assumed the title of CEO, AR Services in 2001. With this title came total responsibility for the financial performance of the division along with the ongoing development of the HARP software product. He made the decision to develop the browser-based HARP system in use today by our entire A/R customer base.
John has been a leader with wonderful insight and vision for growing our business. He conceived and established the laboratory product niche that has given us national recognition for business excellence in the emerging molecular testing market. He has created support partnerships with several of the major new test development companies that have become our customers.
In addition to developing the A/R business, John has assumed a number of other roles and projects over the past few years. He led the new building renovation and the transition of the information systems infrastructure to the Expedient secure operations environment. More recently, he has directed Human Resources and has guided the development of a whole network of employee-friendly benefits and services.
John has been a strong and creative leader. He has earned this promotion through twenty-five years of dedicated and exemplary service. We are proud that the company is able to recognize him with this promotion and expect many years of continued growth and success under his leadership.
