ODJFS "Dark Days" 07/21–08/01/2011
Quadax has received notice from Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) regarding their upcoming transition from their current Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) to the Medicaid Information Technology System (MITS). During this transition, ODJFS will discontinue the processing of both Institutional (UB) and Professional (CMS-1500) claims.
Starting Tuesday, July 21 at 11:00 AM, ODJFS will halt processing for all EDI inbound claims. Claims processing is scheduled to resume on Tuesday, August 2nd. During this time, claims can still be submitted to Quadax.
When Quadax has confirmed that the transition has been completed and the payer is again accepting claims, we will resume the submission of ODJFS claims.
