Keeping Jobs Stateside

We are pleased to announce the relocation of our Youngstown office effective February 21, 2005. Sharon Lloyd, the Office and Production manager for our Youngstown location, has been busy preparing the office and staff for the move which will take place over the week-end of February 18th. We are moving from our current location of 2911 Northview Blvd. to 17 Colonial Drive Suite 101. The phone numbers will stay the same.

Although the new office may be just a stone's throw from our current location, the size and setting cannot compare. We will be expanding from 2,450 square feet to over 8,000 square feet. Our office and staff will be housed on the first floor of a two-story professional building. The entire first floor was gutted and rebuilt to our specifications. The new office will feature a conference room, a reception area for the patients when paying their invoices in person, a lunch room, and a billing floor. We hope to employ over 60 long term Quadax billers.

It is our goal to hire staff for the Youngstown office as new business opportunities become available. We already have an experienced staff in the Youngstown office who are anxious to share their knowledge with new employees. In the past, we have found the Youngstown area to be a favorable employment area; we are looking forward to tapping the market once again.

The expansion of the Youngstown office will allow us to streamline job responsibilities as we did with our Norwalk office several years back. The implementation and use of On-Base for the scanning and imaging of insurance remittances and correspondence allows us to workflow receipt posting and insurance follow up to our multiple locations in a secure and efficient manner.

Many billing companies are using imaging services to move their production work off-shore but we feel that it is important to maintain jobs stateside and look for other ways to reduce overhead costs.
