Another Migration Milestone

By: , A/R Services - Quality Assurance

Quadax has reached another milestone in its migration efforts for HARP. HARP is now live on Windows server™ 2003, and one of our clients was successfully migrated to the Windows platform in early October.

Access to HARP on Windows is available using SpeedWeb® developed by Speedware Corp. The SpeedWeb® product web-enables HARP using Java-based technology. It can be accessed from any location through a web browser, and the interface and functionality of HARP remain the same. In fact, SpeedWeb® can be used to access HARP on any of the three platforms on which HARP runs: MPE®, HP-UX® and Windows server™ 2003.

Now that Quadax is successfully using three different platforms, we are currently evaluating the performance of each. We intend to take advantage of our increased capacity to improve the performance of HARP in the near future. Our Standalone clients may wish to begin weighing the advantages of different platforms in their own migration efforts.
