New Branch Office
It wasn't so long ago that Quadax took up only part of our current corporate headquarters building, located in Fairview Park on the west side of Cleveland. Great products and a great staff have attracted more (and bigger) clients for HARP, Xpeditor, and Patient Advocacy. With all this growth in recent years, Quadax has been bursting at the seams and in need of additional office space to accommodate new personnel.
As a result, half of our HARP Production staff has moved to a beautiful office in Westlake, Ohio, approximately 10 minutes away from our corporate headquarters. The relocated departments support independent labs, emergency rooms, anesthesia, and dermatology. Also, the internal HARP trainer and a Treasury depositor are now located at this new facility.
Our new space is in a gorgeous location with lots of windows, a deck overlooking a small lake, a nicely furnished lunch room, a picnic area with a gas grill, and even an exercise facility! Ironically, our newest branch office is actually the same space which housed one of our clients till they relocated. The facility gives everyone a shorter walk to their car and more elbow room in the office. They're also enjoying a jump on the area's rush-hour traffic with a change to a 7:30AM to 4:00PM work shift.
While the Westlake branch is physically separated from our home office, they're still just a phone call away; these employees are still on our network and in our phone system, so clients and patients don't have any contact information to update.
