ASP Portal Registration

Registering for the ASP Portal consists of these steps:

  1. Registration. Fill out and submit this form. Be sure to write down your login name.
  2. Verification. You will receive an e-mail verification message from us within about ten minutes. Click the link in the message so we can verify your e-mail address.
  3. Validation. Quadax will check to see if you are an existing client and that the entered information is accurate. Authorization for billable features will be confirmed. This process will take at least 24 hours.
  4. Password transmission. Once you are validated, your password will be e-mailed to you. You can then log in to the ASP Portal.
