Five Decades of Knowing What Comes Next
Established in 1973 by Ralph Daugstrup and Tom Hockman, Quadax emerged from their work together at IBM, grounded in a clear and enduring belief: complex systems demand disciplined thinking, accountability, and foresight—a belief that has guided the company for more than 50 years.
Following Tom’s passing in 2025, his legacy continues to guide Quadax. We honor his longstanding leadership as Chairman of the Board and CFO. Ralph, who passed in 2023, remained a trusted advisor long after retiring in 2005. Their lasting contributions, steady leadership, and dedication to clients are embedded in how Quadax operates today and will always be remembered.
