All files on Quadax’s Internet Web Site, and the software they represent, are copyrighted by Quadax Incorporated. The phrases “Quadax,” “Xpeditor,” “HARP,” and “RemitMax” are registered trademarks or service marks of Quadax Incorporated. Quadax reserves the exclusive right to their use, especially in, but not limited to, the context of healthcare computer systems.
Quadax partners with and refers to many organizations and products throughout its web site. Where not otherwise explicitly stated, assume that all proper names are trademarks or service marks of their respective owners.
External Bot Usage/Use of Automation Tools
Users may not access or interact with any Quadax systems (including but not limited to HARP, PAS, Xpeditor, the Client Portal, and other online applications) using bots, robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI) tools, or other similar technologies (“Automation Tools”) without prior written approval from Quadax. Such access is permitted only to support authorized business operations and must comply with all Terms of Use. Users may not use scraping Methods—such as screen scraping, data scraping, web scraping, web emulation, or web bots—to obtain information from the services in an unintended manner or for unauthorized purposes.
To request approval, users must provide details about the Automation Tool and its purpose and functionality. Approved Automation Tools will be monitored to ensure they do not adversely affect system performance or violate best practices, such as excessive ticket creation. Quadax reserves the right to block or suspend access by any Automation Tool if it impacts performance or fails to adhere to best practices. Users are responsible for compliance and may face suspension or termination of access for non-compliance.
Approved users must implement safeguards to protect data and must not attempt to access or use any proprietary information or intellectual property beyond the scope of their authorization. Quadax will monitor use to ensure compliance and may block access if any misuse or compromise of the software is suspected, including unauthorized data collection or attempts to reverse engineer the software. Quadax reserves the right to terminate or suspend access immediately if it determines that the use of the Automation Tool violates our terms, adversely affects system performance, security, or integrity, or involves unauthorized data collection or misuse.
Responsibility for Claim Data
The user is the creator and owner of all claim data, assumes responsibility for its accuracy and validity, and assures that all data accurately represents legitimate reimbursable services for which the user is authorized to bill. The user also assumes responsibility for ensuring that all data is accurately imported into the system and that data is accurate when released to Quadax for submission to the payer(s). The System provides data displays and reports which provide the user with the ability to verify the accuracy of the claim data. The user hereby agrees to review these displays and reports.
Limitation of Liability
Quadax makes no representations or warranties as to the benefit from the use of its services and products other than set forth in the contract executed between the parties. The liability of Quadax for errors and omissions shall be limited to the terms and conditions of the contract executed between the parties. The foregoing warranties are in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, productiveness or any other matter.
Confidentiality of Product
This System is the confidential intellectual property developed, owned, and distributed by Quadax. The user shall make every reasonable attempt to protect the confidentiality and security of the System, its processing screens and reports. The user shall make every reasonable attempt to protect log-in passwords and access to the System by any unauthorized persons. The user shall not copy or distribute any product or process documentation.
