SOC 1 and SOC 2
As a service organization entrusted with our clients’ data, we have engaged an independent public accounting firm to review the design and test the operating effectiveness of our controls and control objectives. The SOC 1 Report is used by our clients’ external auditors in conjunction with their examination of the clients’ financial statements.
The SOC 2 Report covers the suitability, design and operating effectiveness of the Company’s controls and control objectives to meet the criteria for security, availability, confidentiality and processing integrity trust service principles. The SOC 2 Report is used by Quadax’s clients, including their internal and external auditors, to evaluate the overall security, availability and processing integrity of its systems, as well as, the confidentiality of information maintained by the Company on behalf of its clients. Quadax most recently received an unqualified opinion from its independent public accounting firm with respect to the design and operating effectiveness of its control and control objectives.
The availability of the most recent SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports is restricted to customers who have signed nondisclosure agreements with Quadax. Please contact your appropriate sales or account team member for details in obtaining the most recent SOC report.
